I have a UWOOD mens wstch I received as a gift a couple of years ago.
I need to have the glass face replaced because somehow I cracked it. It was my fault, but don’t know how to get it replaced.

I ordered the Zebra BLACK Men’s wooden watch today, February 17, 2021. I then realized after scrolling down, I meant to order the Zebra Men’s wood watch. It has Zebra all over and NO BLACK anywhere. Both watches are number UWH001. I do not know why both numbers are the same when they are different watches. If possible I would like to CANCEL the Zebra BLACK and only have the ZEBRA WOOD WATCH sent to me. I can not seem to locate the tracking numbers. Can you rectify my error. Thanks., BobGiven

My husband got his watch wet and I was wondering if you guys replaced the insides of the watch so that he can still have the same one he really likes that he got as a gift from his sister at her wedding for being a groomsman
